We have the possibility of developing customized materials, as well as optimizing suitable processing parameters to find the ideal mechanical properties and life cycle for each component. We analyze and certify the characterization and quality of the material based on mechanical tests, metallurgical analysis and certified non-destructive methods.

Stainless Steel 316L

Stainless steel with very good corrosion resistance, toughness and ductility as well as high resistance to acids. This combination is ideal for a wide range of applications in the aerospace, automotive, energy, jewelry, medical, defense, and other industries.

A20X™ (A205)

This superalloy offers one of the highest tensile strengths in AM, which can exceed 500 MPa. It is lightweight and shows excellent mechanical properties at high working temperatures. It is mainly used in the aeronautical sector.

Ti6Al4V is a lightweight alloy characterized by excellent mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion, combined with a low specific weight and biocompatibility. Its most prominent applications are medical and aerospace.

SLS

PA 12

PA12 is the most used material in SLS. The manufactured parts are characterized by their strength, stiffness and good chemical resistance. They are also biocompatible and certified for contact with food.

PA12
Flame-retardant

This polyamide 12 is equipped with a halogenfree chemical flame retardant. At wall thicknesses greater than 3 mm, it meets the required fire protection class UL 94 / V-0, primarily relevant for the production of electric and electronic components and applications in the aerospace and mobility sectors.

PA12with glass beads

This white PA12 powder is filled with glass beads. Parts made of this material show high rigidity and good elongation at break. They are also especially wear and tear resistant and thermally resilient.

This material is mainly used in vehicle engines and molding material for deepdrawing tools.

PA 11

The parts manufactured with this material are translucent white and are characterized by having a high resistance to impact and notable elongation at break. They do not splinter under high mechanical loads and, compared to PA 12, have a higher resistance to temperature and greater response to impact.

This PA 11 is based on renewable resources.

Alumide®PA 12

This metallic gray looking PA12 material is filled with aluminum and is characterized by its high rigidity, metallic appearance and a wide range of useful finishing options such as grinding, polishing or coating.

It is relatively easy to machine and has excellent temperature resistance, resulting in very good dimensional stability and high temperature performance.

Elastomer

The components made of this white elastomer are extremely resistant to hydrolysis, with high resilience and good tribological properties. The degree of flexibility can be influenced by the design of the part and the choice of process parameters. Also, different degrees of flexibility can be achieved in the same part.

PLA

PLA (polylactic acid) is highly versatile, easy to print, and available in 11 colors. I prints reliably with high dimensional accuracy and a quality surface finish. This makes it an ideal material for a range of applications – from detailed prototypes to simple manufacturing jigs and gauges.

Nylon

Nylon is a polyamide grade based on PA6/66. It features reduced humidity absorption and a longer shelf life compared to other nylon filaments. Able to withstand significant mechanical stress, nylon material is a great choice for 3D printing tools, functional prototypes, and end-use parts.

PC

With PC (polycarbonate) material, print parts that are tough, strong, and retain dimensional stability when subjected to temperatures as high as 110 ºC. PC properties make it perfect for printing molds, tools, functional prototypes, and parts for short-run manufacturing.

Tough PLA

Tough PLA is a technical PLA (polylactic acid) material with a toughness similar to ABS. It is ideal for printing functional prototypes and tooling at larger sizes – without delamination or warping.

CPE

CPE (co-polyester) material is an ideal choice for 3D printing functional prototypes and mechanical parts. This filament is formulated for chemical resistance, toughness, and reliable dimensional stability.

PETG

Easy to use and versatile. Properties including good printability, toughness, chemical resistance, wear resistance, and temperature resistance make PETG suitable for a wide range of applications.

ABS

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is formulated to minimize warping and ensure consistent interlayer adhesion. ABS material is a great choice for creating functional prototypes and complex end-use parts.

TPU

TPU 95A (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a flexible material, making it ideal for applications that demand chemical resistance and the qualities of rubber and plastic.

PP

PP (polypropylene) is a durable, chemical resistant material. It has exceptional fatigue resistance, high levels of toughness, and a low-friction co-efficient. From electrical components to living hinges, PP is the goto material for prototyping and end-use parts.

Onyx

Onyx is a Nylon material filled with carbon microfibers. It is notably stronger and more resistant than ABS and offers high strength, toughness and chemical resistance.

Onyx FR

Onyx FR is a flame-retardant variant of Onyx. The material is considered V-0 (selfextinguishing) at thicknesses greater than or equal to 3 mm. It can be reinforced with any continuous fiber.

Onyx ESD

Onyx ESD is designed to possess an extremely tight range of surface resistance, meeting strict ESD safety requirements, while offering mechanical properties even superior to Onyx.

Onyx

Nylon is an unfilled thermoplastic. It is a non-abrasive material that I great for ergonomic surfaces and for holding parts that are easily damaged. It can be painted or dyed.

Continuous fiber

Carbon fiber

Carbon fiber is an ultra-strong continuous fiber. When embedded in a base material like Onyx it is extremely stiff and strong, and can produce parts as strong as 6061-T6 aluminum.

Fiberglass

Fiberglass is a material capable of yielding parts 10 times stronger than ABS when placed on a base material such as Onyx. Fiberglass provides a more affordable alternative to carbon fiber.

Kevlar

Kevlar is a continuous fiber characterized by its excellent toughness and exceptional strength. When laid into a base material, it produces extremely impact resistant parts.

HSHT Fiberglass

HSHT Fiberglass is defined by having high strength (almost equal to 6061-T6 aluminum) and high temperature resistance. Although not as stiff as continuous carbon fiber, HSHT reinforced Onyx parts are resistant to both low and high temperatures.
